This Bali Paradise Valley bean is slowly roasted in 17 minutes, about 30 seconds past the first pops of second crack, making this a full city plus roast, going towards a dark roast, but before oils start appearing, and roasting influences have become strong, but haven't overshadowed the character of the bean yet.
