This blend contains three separate roasts.

Two parts are Brazil Santos beans, roasted to slightly different roast levels: one is stopped during the first phase of the second crack where cracks are clearly heard, but it isn't "full on" yet. The second part is roasted well into second crack where it's clearly popping quite loudly, making it somewhat darker. The Brazil beans are there to provide body and acidity, and the darker roasted part should add a little more sweetness and chocolate notes.

The third part is Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, which is a whole different kind of bean. This one is at its best when roasted medium dark, when it releases its high-toned floral and citrus notes.
