The Colombian bean has a very balanced flavour, and smells wonderful. It offers a very clean coffee drinking experience, without much complexity. This bean would offer a good body to a blend, but is also very satisfying in this single origin coffee.

This bean has been brought to first crack in about 13 minutes, after which not much heat was added, and have it slowly roast towards second crack. It was allowed to climb halfway up the second crack curve but was cooled down rapidly before reaching the peak, making this a medium dark roast.\
